Rails 3.2.15.rc1 has been released!

Hi everybody!

Rails 3.2.15.rc1 has been released. Please help us test the release candidate before we do the actual release. If you find any regressions between 3.2.14 and the 3.2.15 release candidate, please report them here:

Oops, I forgot to mention. If we don't have any regressions reported, I will release the final version on October 7 around 10am PDT.
