I've noticed that the link to report issues is dead: https://github.com/lifo/docrails/issues - Was the issue tab removed from github by mistake? - Or forgot to edit the pages with the new link?

Issues for Rails documentation should be posted either to this list or to the rails/rails project.

The issues tab was removed from docrails. docrails is only a way to bypass the normal procedure for patches. Any issue related to Rails docs is a Rails issue.
The section about feedback in the guides has been updated, but since documentation is per release, it has not yet been published.
