I'm using rails_config, https://github.com/gumayunov/rails_config. With ruby 1.8 it works well, while with ruby 1.9 my rails applicatione says: uninitialized constant Settings. Someone have the same problem with ruby 1.9? There is a better gem to use rather than rails_config?
