Using DOS Command line to install scaffolding

I am trying to install scaffolding plugin using: script/plugin install scaffolding on DOS Command line but keep getting an error:'script' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable error.... Can someone please guide me what I am doing wrong and what is the right command to install the scaffolding for the rails v2.2

Try: ruby script\plugin install scaffolding

Try: ruby script\plugin install scaffolding

That might not work if you don’t have SVN installed.

You can get the files here: http://www.frozenplague.net/files/rails/scaffolding.tar.gz

You may need something like WinRAR to extract them.
