Unable to generate models?

I am not really sure what's wrong. Please point me in the right direction.

I am a newby to ruby and it is becoming a rather discouraging language to use because of it's LACK of simplicity to create a simple application right now. Please tell me this gets easier later -.-.

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION!

The error is in your database.yml file. Make sure it has no extra
spaces or any tabs in it.

I had the same problem (which led me to this post). I finally figured out I had no space between "host:" and "localhost".
