Hi folks,

I'm getting the following error while trying to start the Webrick serve on a old project that I just checked out from our svn. Could you tell me what's wrong ?

ruby/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/rubygems.rb:270:in `activate': undefined method `map' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError)

Looks like a version issue, though I can't be sure.
