Rails site being suppressed on Google?

Not sure if anyone is interested (or in a position to do anything about it) but I am sure when searching for Rails in the past the ROR site was one of the first results here in the UK, now it is not found until the bottom of page 2:

I don’t accept Google cookies so these results are not related to my search history.

They obviously know that ROR was a possible match because they show reddit, wikipedia, and GitHub before the official ROR site.

Most have come to the understanding that Google favours their friends in search results, but this is taking the mick. Anyway, thought you might want to know just in case you have any contacts at Google who could offer you an explanation.

(PS it took me a while to find the forum, I’d have expected a link to it under the ‘community’ tab, also the verification email went into spam)

Confirmed!

you need to use a search engine to find it on the first page
