I have a complete website developed in rails. At this time I have no money to work with but I am offering 20% of the company to a developer who can come in and change our pricing model to more of an upsell model, and move from our current ecommerce solution to Paypal. I also have some admin portal changes which should be pretty minor. When the site was up we had 8,000,000 hits in a 2 year period.
