How Can I Setup FckEditor and Image upload on rails?

Did anyone already use fckeditor with image upload support on rails?
I am trying to do it and reading a lot tutorial, but all of them are incomplete.

Scott Rutherford's FckEditor plugin integrates both the editor and file uploads quite nicely.
