filter run twice with sub classes

class User::Signin::BaseController < User::BaseController

  before_filter :before_filter_setup_user   def before_filter_setup_user     puts "hi"   end

  def index   end

end

class User::Signin::BasicController < User::Signin::BaseController

  def index   end

end

The filter gets called twice, "hi" prints twice, what is the best way to prevent this?
