Contributing to Rails now that issues have been moved to GitHub

All,

Have the contribution steps changed any now that Rails issues are
being entered into GitHub instead of Lighthouse? Is the preferred
method of fix submission still a patch file or a GitHub pull request?

I am helping organize a Rails bug mash for next weekend and would like
to write up the "new" system for our participants. I am also more
than happy to update the contribution guide (http://
edgeguides.rubyonrails.org/contributing_to_rails.html) with any new
information.

Looks like someone already updated the docs in github to reflect the
updated use of GitHub issues.
