Anyone used either of the two ActionFlow plugins ?

I'm looking for an easy to use workflow engine for Rails for an
application
I'm writing.

I've discovered two candidates, both called ActionFlow -

Has anyone used either of these (I'm assuming they ARE different) and
would
care to make a recommendation.

Or indeed recommend another Workflow plugin ?

You're right on one thing : it ain't the same thing. IMHO, why don't
you try them both ?
