All service based sites should have some terms and conditions, but where does a person get them? Do you just copy someone else's and make a few tweaks, or would doing that get you in trouble?

Once I worked at a company that had its own in-house council. He wrote and maintained all the legal documents for the site, privacy policy, terms and conditions, etc. Even if you do go the find and tweak route, I'd at least get someone with a legal background to review it.
