I recently had to agree to the Terms of Service in order to reply to someone’s question on the forum. However, I don’t think I can actually enter into an agreement with company_name or agree that governing_law should be used to settle all disputes in city_for_disputes.
Let’s clean up the terms of service by removing the placeholder text. While we’re at it, perhaps we can have a discussion about what we want to have in the terms of service? Personally, I’d like to see the indemnification clause removed as I don’t think it’s appropriate to ask all of us lowly folks to indemnify the Rails Company.
