I was looking for something more specifically designed for submitting and discussing feature requests and ideas instead of shoe-horning a bug submission/ticketing tool to the job. I think the different mindset involved deserves an application with a different design. Thanks for the suggestions, if someone thinks a particular bug tracking tool works extremely well as a feature request tool I would be interested in hearing why.
