We are an educational software company who will be delivering web- based programs into schools. We are looking for an web application architect/developer to add to our programming team and to develop a web application that will be used to track student data and help with online learning. Tasks will include the following: web page development, user log in, database upload system, user management system, and reporting system. Developers must be proficient in “Ruby on Rails”, MySQL, XML (for our API), CSS and Javascript.
This project has tight deadlines and we would need somebody who can start immediately. We will require a portfolio of examples of systems that you have created based on the above requirements. Preference will be given to individuals who live in the greater Washington, DC area.
