Setting Up Rails as Part of a Portable Server

Hey,

I use XAMPP Lite for all my Apache/PHP/MySQL needs, is it possible to setup rails portably without disturbing the current operations?

I can elaborate on points if needed, I realise this may be a bit vague :slight_smile:
