Hey everyone!
We excited to announce a new version of RubyURL.com last night[1]. 
The new version was completely rewritten with Rails, PostgreSQL, and followed the BDD philosophy with RSpec. It's also running on top of our soon-to-be-launched Rails hosting solution, Boxcar[2].
We're planning to open source the application in the near future once we finish up a few things.
