Hope you guys are doing well 

My name is Louis and I’m a Pure Ruby-on-Rails recruiter. I work with over 20 Rails teams around the UK and Ireland and have a large number of contract and permanent positions. I even have some remote work for those who are interested in it.

Just wanted to give you a quick update on the status of the London Rails Market and what you can currently expect to get salary & day rate wise.

Senior/Lead Ruby-on-Rails Developer: Salary: up-to-£70k (£80k total package (Benefits inc options/shares)) Daily Rate: £300 - £400

Mid Level Ruby-on-Rails Developer: Salary: up-to-£55k Daily Rate:- £200-300

Junior Ruby-on-Rails Developer: Salary: up-to-£30k

Hi Louis,

Saw your email about Ruby on Rails recruitment and decided to get in touch.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and in the process of learning Ruby on Rails to launch my career as a RoR developer.

Do you have any opportunities for Junior RoR roles for someone like me who doesn’t have a huge amount of RoR experience but is passionate about software development and is willing to be trained up.
