Ruby on Rails and Health 2.0

This is Dr Manuel Serrano, President of the Education, Health and Society Foundation and Director of the Expert Patient Programme in Spain (www.eppspain.org). Just in Spain we reach 1.700.000 people through the Coalición de Enfermedades Cronicas (www.coalicion.org). We are setting a worldwide initiative (www.selfmanagementsupport.org) to provide services on health through de web. We count with 30 experts on the field from 20 countries. We are a non profit organization and we are lookig for an alliance with a Ruby on Rails expert developer firm to joint our project and share efforts. We want to start with a social network on health (similar to Revolutionhealth.com) but oriented to provided services through the web (courses, videoconference visits, etc).
