Main skills required:
. Ruby on Rails
. MYSQL (or equivalent)
. JavaScript using Prototype/Scriptaculous
. HTML/CSS
. Linux/Unix
. Subversion
. Pref TDD and/or BDD, Agile, Web 2.0 experience, Coldfusion or PHP
