Routing Error - No route matches "/rails/info/properties" with {:method=>:get}

I see this seems to be a common error, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive solution.

I have recently installed Rails 2.0.2 on Netbsd and when I pull up the default Rails welcome screen and click on the 'environment' link, I get the above mentioned error.

Can someone tell me what's going wrong?
