resource_feeder patches?

Hi all

I've been working with resource_feeder lately, and have been tweaking it a bit to include some things like support for content:encoded for rss 2.0. This was something that seemed like a "good thing", per the thread between Sam Ruby and others (here: [Rails-core] resource_feeder feedback).

My question is this: do patches against resource_feeder go in the rails trac, or Rick Olsen's email, or somewhere else?
