Rails 3.0 is still in development so I doubt anyone has completed a book on it.

Hey, the current release version of Rails is 2.3.3 and it's also
displayed on the rubyonrails.com. However, you can access the current
state of Rails 3.0pre by downloading Edge Rails.

I bought the ebook from Manning publishers "Rails 3 in action" by Yehuda Katz et al. Unfortunately is not ready yet but keep an eye on it as they send releases periodically.

Hi, I would recommend following these blogs until the Rails 3.0 framework becomes concrete:

There may be more but the ones above will provide you with the state of Rails 3.0. Finally, the

book, Rails 3.0 in Action, has a scheduled release in February 2010 which is 6 months away.

I bought the Rails 3.0 book from Manning but as fas as I know, there are no charters finished yet, at least I have no received it.
