Hello, I just recently started listening to Reissl from the documentation. I need a version manager. My OS is windows so I installed cygwin to install rvm. rvm install 3.0.3 - I had no problem here. gem install rails 7.0.3 - it starts writing what I took until I stop with ctrl+C. Has anyone faced a similar problem and should I use another manager. Please suggest a good one.
