Please share some src for sample applications ..so that it wil be usefull to understand by running and reading it..

If you have already watched screencasts on rubyonrails.org, and probably read some Rails book for beginners, I suggest that you download a real rails application like e.g. SimpleLog (http://simplelog.net/) and study its sources.
