How to contribute

Hello,

I want to contribute, but I could not understand all steps to do it.

I have downloaded the rails code into my PC.

I have setup the rails-dev and ran it with vagrant (Contributing to Ruby on Rails — Ruby on Rails Guides).

How can I edit the code and see it running?
