How I install RJS as plugin?

Hi list,

How can I install RJS as plugin in my application, I followed the directions in http://www.codyfauser.com/2005/12/05/rjs-templates-plugin-subversion-repository. But it seems out-date. Can you tell me how to enable RJS in my rails project. Thanks
