Help with Ruby on Rails

I work for a recruiting/consulting company and we are needing someone to help on a quick phone conference to discuss the uses and benefits of Ruby on Rails. It would be a very basic conversation talking to a novice audience. The name of my company is Aquent and we would need about 10 minutes of your time.
