CI build is down, moving to new hardware

Hi all,

Rails continuous build at http://cruisecontrolrb.thoughtworks.com (the thing that was annoying this list with false negatives lately) is down and moving to a new server this week.

We will update DNS records in the next couple of days, at which point the Rails build, RSS feeds and CCTray service will be back.
