Amazon are not the most organized seller...
The book leaves the printer and enters the distribution chain the week of December 11th. It takes a while to filter through: we aim to start shipping orders placed directly with us once the trucks arrive, probably from the 15th on. I guess Amazon will be sometime around then: sometimes then get them earlier, sometimes later.
