What exactly are you looking for? There is a book by Scott Raymond, "Ajax on Rails" (O'Reilly 2006) which covers more ground than the tutorials. There are large numbers of Ajax tutorials and books that are not specific to Rails. And there's always the source code. Depending on what you intend to do, I highly recommend reading the code Prototype.js and the Script.aculo.us modules.
