I've mentioned this ticket twice on the list already and it still hasn't been applied, is there a problem with it? Rails "crash" using to_prepare. http://dev.rubyonrails.org/ticket/10520

I posted a +1 to the doc patch. I don't feel I know enough about config.to_prepare to vote one way or the other on the bug ticket.
