does anyone know any code for upload images and display it on the web page…without
using any plugins,i have found more code segments but they weren’t work,plz
if anyone know send me,iv been working with rubygem 1.3.1version and

Without using any plugins? You're going to have a fair bit of trouble 
Plugins are very helpful for that kind of thing.
