I want to update the content of a div by clicking on a link this way: this is what I have in my list.rhtml: <%= link_to ‘Edit’,html_options={:onClick => “new Ajax.Updater(‘editforum_#{ c.id}’,'/forums/testy” + “?id='#{c.id},{asynchronous:true, evalScripts:true});”} %>
<%= render :partial => “testy” %>
_testy.rhtml: <% if params[:id].nil?%> <%= ‘nil’ %> <% else %>
<%= ‘not nill’ %> <% end %>
but nothing happens
is this the wrong way to deal with the problem?
