Starting up the Web Server Error

Starting up the Web Server Error Details:

I executed the following commands:

$ rails new blog

$ cd blog

“Starting up the Web Server”

$ bin/rails server

C:\Ruby200\blog>bin/rails server

‘bin’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

C:\Ruby200\blog>rails server

Could not find gem ‘tzinfo-data (>= 0) x86-mingw32’ in the gems available on thi

s machine.

Run bundle install to install missing gems.

C:\Ruby200\blog>bundle install

DL is deprecated, please use Fiddle

Also I could not open the Web Server in http://localhost:3000

Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at localhost:3000.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

moments.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network

connection.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Please help in correcting the problem.
