Any chance these emails can include the actual report instead of just a link? The extra click seems like unnecessary friction.

I found Michael's Oracle emails to be a nice balance:

The changeset that broke the build (number, message, author) followed by the list of failures and/or errors as reported by test/unit (without the entire list of files that rake spits out, just the relevant information)..

Surely the one click is less work than figuring out what's broken, fixing it, and sending in a patch?
