**JOB TITLE: ** Programmer / Developer
**PRIMARY FUNCTION: ** Develop information systems by designing, developing, installing, integrating and managing support of software solutions

ROLE ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate for this role will:

Define system objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system
features and functionality
·
Under the direction of the senior systems consultant, design and develop
systems by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development
life cycle; provide applicable research and opinions on design methodologies
and tool sets; complete programming using languages and software products; and design
and conduct testing.

Complete application development by coordinating requirements,
schedules, and activities; contribute to team meetings; troubleshoot
development and production problems possibly across multiple environments and
operating platforms.
·
Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommend changes in
policies and procedures.
·
Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
·
Update job knowledge by researching new technologies and software
products; participate in educational opportunities; read professional
publications; maintain personal networks; and participate in professional
organizations as appropriate.

Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
