We have a mixed technology platform using Ruby as a front-end and working with J2EE middleware and mysql databases. This is a great opportunity for experienced RoR developers to join an agile development team and work on some exciting new user-facing technologies.
To qualify you must.... * have been developing web applications for 2 or more years * have been developing Ruby on Rails applications for 1 or more years * have great written communication skills (in English) * be able to overlap work hours for at least 2 hours a day with EST (GMT-5) * have demonstrable experience with subversion * like working as part of a tightly-knit group of
Our team currently consists of 12 developers in 5 countries. We only hire the best so you will be asked to participate in a paid 2 week trial (80 hours work) and will be asked to join the team full time based on how well you do.
