Resources for learning to write RESTful-CRUDy applications?

I found Geoffrey Grosenbach's PeepCode to be a nice little introduction to REST.

Granted you have to pay a small fee but if you're looking for a step-by-step guide to get started it's well worth it.

We cover more then "why" than they "how", whereas PeepCode covers more "how" than "why".
