I wonder if anyone Can help me out with Project Ideas to learn Ruby on Rails.

If you have not already done so then work right through the tutorial at railstutorial.org (which is free to use online). That will show you the basics of Rails.

Once you look through those you’ll probably be able to think of a few more, too. 
Do the tutorials first.
