Don’t you think if there is a subcategory in this site for Ruby on Rails job seekers and job givers?
I look at other job postings and find that most web development jobs are nothing more than Javascript jobs with a string “Ruby on Rails” slapped to it. May be here we can cultivate a culture where Rails Way jobs could be sought for and Rails Way people could be found.
