no bundle command?

First of all, I had to run "sudo" to install bundler cause it was complaining that it didn't have access to /var/ruby blah what ever

So now bundler is installed, if i run gem list bundler is among one of them

Now if i run "bundle install" it complains that "bundler: command not found"

Ummmmmmmmm what???
