I recently decided to open source a project I worked on for about a year.

The motivation behind it is to provide a good alternative to WordPress for people wanting to build real estate websites. Right now it has feature parity with a lot of WordPress plugins out there but I want to build on that to make it the default no-brainer choice for anyone wishing to build a real estate website.
Currently has these features:

- Multi-currency
- Powerful search component
- Fully featured admin panel
- Google maps integration
- Customisable look and feel
- Easily extendable
- Search engine friendly
- Mobile friendly responsive layout
- Fully open source
