I run a small educational radio project (aptly named: The Internet Radio Project) that brings free internet radio services to K-12's and afterschool programs. Our budget is nil, and I'm too busy with school to continue to develop the website (but put substantial unpaid! time into working with schools).
We could *really* use the intermitent assistance of a rails developer to polish up the website & its features! For instance, the interface between the radio service and the site needs a small amount of work, and the site itself could use an updated user community features (forums, better blog and user pages).
