hii,         anyone can you plz point me out good and simple resources to learn or see an demo for uploading and streaming of video and mp3 files in rails appliaction. i am a very new to this perticular application. plz help me out with good resources..

For a demo you are welcome to create a free account on FATdrive.tv and try it out. Though we don't stream in the way of a rts server. We do rely on the media players that we support to stream for us.
