• You have depth and breadth: you must have experience in front-end web

development, but maybe you’ve also designed an iphone app. Or an aircraft pilot

You have lots of software experience…

• Flex/Flash builder with Actionscript 3

• HTML5 & CSS3

• Ruby / Rails and PHP

• Basic linux and Windows server configuration

• Fireworks, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop (for wireframes and mockups)

We are a small VC-funded startup looking for a software engineer with at least 2 years of Rails development experience who will be responsible for back-end design and implementation of a next generation social jobs application on Facebook.

* Expert level in Rails 2.3.5+/3, Ruby, SQL

* Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

* Experience with Facebook app development and Facebook Connect APIs

* Strong familiarity with Web 2.0 / Social Networking websites

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Driven and self-motivated, a self-starter who can work without needing direct supervision

* B.S. in Computer Science or related field from a top tier university (or equivalent experience) preferred

* Familiarity with Javascript, CSS, HTML, AJAX a plus
