I hope all is going well for everyone as we move deeper into 2010. I am looking for a referral for a Ruby/ROR developer for a multinational startup in Beijing. Can be relocated from anywhere in the world. I am paying a $3000 USD referral fee for a successfully hired candidate. Here is what we are looking for:

1. Ruby/ROR developer 2. Brainiac! The type that can solve an algorithm in their head just to pass the time. 3. Team Players ONLY!! 4. BS or higher CS (related disciplines accepted) 5. Top University Grads get preference in interviews not hiring. 6. Enjoy a substantially lower cost of living from US or UK while earning up to $120,000
