Instant Rails - conflicts with existing sites and db

Hi,

I'm really new to Rails and not the most seasoned developer out there. I have IIS and a PHP-based site running on a separate port on my Windows laptop, and using MySQL. (localhost, localhost:8080)

For starters, I can't figure out how to change the port so I can browse the Rails sites.

The bigger issue is this message I'm getting: "MySQL port (3306) is used by..."

I've installed Instant Rails version 1.8.0.2.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
