Anyone know any individual contractors who are experienced in Ruby and Rails who can work on a project ideally in Ahmadabad, Baroda in Gujarat state India? If not, I would like individual resumes from anywhere in India and even other countries that have affordable rates. Must have proven experience, expertise (no beginners) and major projects with design and deployment with references.
